As ever, the rules are:

Had he only taken the throne, perhaps she would have been content. But he wanted more, and that more included the eradication of all threats to his kingdhood, the vile usurper and traitor. He had a loyal army and a populace of fools who adored him, and still it was not enough.
Her children lie dead for the threat they might pose but they discount her.
She smiles at him, the murderer on his stolen throne, and he does not see the poison in it.
He'll taste it soon enough.
