Friday fun with: 3-sentence-stories

Hello, everyone. It Friday already and my name is still prisca1960 ;). Today is my last day of being a guest host :( . I hope you did enjoy the prompts of this week. But the fun isn't over yet; today's theme is 3-sentence-stories. Prompts can be everything you want, the fills should be exactly 3 sentences.

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above mentioned spoiler cut.

Dick's strong legs are wrapped around his waist, back resting against the wall, and Tiger has the vague notion that sex with Dick is always sort of an adventure as he keeps his arms under him, hugging tight muscles.


"Tony," Dicks gasps bucking his hips forward, stupid bright smile still on his lips. Tiger glowers unable to understand how Dick Grayson makes him feel so...undone.

He ducks his head, to suck on Dick's collarbone, scrapping his teeth over it, effectively hiding the mortifying blissed-out look he knows he gets when he's got Dick pressed against him, growling against the skin, "Don't call me that." Dick's laughter fills the room.

"All right, Tig."

It's downright disconcerting the way Bruce wants to touch, feel him under him, instead he exercises his restraint and focuses on the way Eddie is acting aloof as if they're about to sit down for tea.

"You could have—Why am I still alive?"

Eddie taps one finger against his chin pretending he's really thinking about this, answers, "You're smart and you know the answers, you're my favorite crowd to play to."

Everything about Burr was elaborate, careful details and complicated planing; talk less, smile more, never stand for anything because it's safer that way. Alexander was a man made entirely of impulse and action who could care less about the consequences as long as he got what he wanted. Put a gun in their hands and it's strange how the roles are reversed.

Beth had experienced so much loss, she thought she was numbed to it. But looking down at Daryl's lifeless face, she knew she'd been wrong. Tears flowing down her face, the only thought that came to her was how he was supposed to be the last one, not her.

Pain flamed up and down Arya's arm, centered on where the sword had ripped a not inconsiderable gash.

It was her own fault; her opponent was on her list and she had wanted to extend this particular death by giving him just enough hope of victory to sweeten her own.

She supposed a cat who played too long with its mouse was liable to be bit, but then, any satisfaction gained by the mouse only lasted as long as it took for the cat to clench its jaws, so Arya did just that, her smile showing through the blood.

Steve had faced countless deadly situations, including most of a World War, but looking at the door in front of him, all he could feel was abject terror.

At least he knew he wasn't alone, not now and hopefully not ever again, and as if to remind him of that fact, he felt Darcy squeeze his hand, giving him just enough courage to take a deep breath and ring the door bell.

A few seconds later, his enhanced hearing caught two two sets of footsteps approach the door, which promptly opened to reveal a pair of figures, and just before the fear took back over, he managed to say in a mostly steady voice, "Hello Mr. and Mrs. Lewis."

It never fails to amaze Daryl how he and Beth can look at the same thing and see two entirely different visions.

He knows why; she still clings to hope while he's not sure if he ever had any even before the turn.

He's not sure exactly how it happens, but one day they look out at the world around them and see the same thing.

No-one but Tomy mentions it when they see the latest trashy tabloids sticking out of a trash can in Avengers Tower, although even he doesn't comment on Darcy's cheeks being highly flushed with indignation, or make any smart remarks when Steve takes to sending punching bags flying clear across the gym. "Tomorrow's fish and chip wrappers," is all he says, adding off some confused looks, "It's what my dad used to say; English expression, think he picked it up during the war." He doesn't say anything else but he does write a cheque for an obscenely huge amount of money, enough to buy the tabloid titles just for the pleasure of closing them down; he thinks Pepper might block the transaction but when it goes through without a hitch, he can't keep the smile off his face.

It's something they're almost sorry about, that it's impossible for them to play an intimate gig in a tiny venue, even though they are blessed to be able to do what they love, and that so many of the songs they perform are, in fact, their songs, but...

They notice: in rehearsal, Louis notices, Harry notices, the difference in the vibe; in meetings when playlists are discussed, and they always love to sing their own songs - they would happily never sing anyone else's songs if they could get away with it. Maybe in the future, if Gary Barlow and Ronan Keating could do the post-boyband singer-songwriter thing, they can form a duo and only sing their own songs, to each other.

Raphael looks up again, eyes Simon's tense muscles and sinews, it's a tantalizing sight; he closes his book and says, "I can help you with a bit of exercise."
