Firday - Free For All
Sep. 25th, 2009 05:35 amHere we are to Friday! Where did the week go?
Today is a free-for-all day. Any prompt, any fandom, any pairing, any anything. Go nuts, within reason. Remember to prompt by the rules, no more than three prompts in any one fandom, no more than five in a row.
In this season of new shows and season premiers, it is important to remember that not everyone gets to watch shows as they air. No spoilers in the prompts for at least a week following the air/publication date. If your fic contains spoilers, please warn at the beginning of your comment and leave at least three spaces between your warning and your fic.
Format your prompts properly and give our code monkeys something to work with.
SG1, Jack/Daniel, Post "Evolution" Jack helps Daniel recover
Leverage/Criminal Minds, Eliot Spencer/Spencer Reid, "He's not as fragile as you think"
RPS, JDM/Samantha Ferris, tender
As always, if nothing here strikes a chord with your muses, there is always the Lonely Prompt Index. Show a little love for a lost and lonely prompt!
Above all, have fun. And have a wonderful Friday!

Date: 2009-09-25 05:18 pm (UTC)But Spencer doesn't look as willing as usual. He's staring at his fists and frowning before he puts them down and shakes his head. "This is stupid. I look like a toothpick compared to you, Eliot."
"Nah," the hitter assures him and opens his arms. "You got an open shot, c'mon."
"No unsub would be willing to let me that close to him unless he's planning some other method of retaliation, and I'm rather fond of my limbs where they are."
Eliot chuckles and shakes his hair back. His shirt rucks up a little as he raises his arms over his head, folding his hands behind his head, and he watches Spencer's eyes follow the line of tanned skin revealed. "I'm teaching you defense techniques, baby boy, and you gotta get a little closer for me to do that."
"You play dirty." But Spencer sighs and raises his arms again before he takes a deep breath and attacks.
Eliot catches him right away, twists a hand to Spencer's wrist to overpower his grip and tackles him downward. Spencer, not willing to give up just yet, does a kick and almost hits Eliot in an area that would make sure they have no fun tonight, wriggling and squirming.
Before he can pin the genius, Eliot finds his cock twitching in interest at Reid's slim body thrusting slightly against him.
Down, bo-
His thoughts are interrupted as Reid's hand suddenly slides into his sweats, and he groans while his forehead touches the mat past his shoulder. "Spence..."
"Still think I need help?"
"Don't want Morgan teaching you the moves," Eliot growls, hips rocking into Spencer's hand as he nuzzles his neck.
"I don't do this to Morgan." His thumb runs over the tip and Eliot manages to control himself enough to start pulling at his boy's clothes. Nakedness is a must right now.
Morgan blinks at the unsub, who is now sporting a bloody nose and curled up in a ball whimpering, then looks over at Reid. Reid shrugs and uses his middle finger to push his glasses back up on his nose.
"He attacked me first," is all he says before the officer they're assisting on the case escorts their badguy out.
"But..." Morgan's voice trails off and Reid gives him a crooked grin then heads out of the warehouse, pausing to give Hotch a nod, and Morgan looks over at their boss. "Seriously, did you see that?"
"He's not as fragile as you think," Hotch points out.
"Guess not."

Date: 2009-10-29 09:15 am (UTC)Reid’s always thought love was for saps and all those who need to think their soul mates are out there, are just trying to sell themselves on the idea that they’re really not alone in the world. Love is just a word people use to seal the deal. He’s always thought the whole concept was a bunch of bullshit but now he knows the truth. And it’s all Aaron’s fault—Aaron and his smug attitude and sharp words, his blinding smile and mischievous eyes. The way he makes Reid feel, alive and complete, more so than any bit of power ever could. Aaron’s got a hold on him, whether he knows it or not, and Reid hates it because it scares him... this feeling—being in love.
Cause power like that? It’s dangerous.
And Reid knows firsthand about power… no one’s been able to wield it… at least not without consequences.

Date: 2010-04-17 08:41 pm (UTC)Castiel's eyes are wide as he pulls the paper apart to look at a photo of the pair of them in a frame a women at the store helped him pick out.
'For you know your desk, just in case anyone tries to hit on you, you can show them who they are messing with', Dean nervously laughs as Cas just stares at him.
Castiel looks between the frame and Dean and back again before pulling him in for a passionate kiss.
'I have to go to work or I'll be late but tonight I'm going to show you my appreciation'.
'Can't wait'.

Date: 2009-09-25 03:10 pm (UTC)"Now aren't you just the cutest Santa Claus ever? A little skinny, maybe, but we can fix that."
Tony snorted softly to himself, then had to pause to push down a coughing fit from all of the dust and soot surrounding him. "Wouldn't know. Never met one."
"What?!? You have got to be kidding me! How can you not have met at least one representation of Jolly Ol' St Nick?? You telling me you never sat on his lap and said you'd been a good boy and told him what you wanted for Christmas?"
Tony winced a bit at her exclamation, and would have ignored her questions (after all, he didn't really want her to know, let alone the rest of the team listening in on the community wire,) but he was finally beginning to see something farther down the stack, something that didn't look like a bird's nest or a wad of soot, so he was a bit distracted. He did sort of wonder why Gibbs hadn't barked at them to cut the chatter, but he did have to say something or Abby would never give him any peace. "Abbs, I've never told anybody what I wanted for Christmas, I was never a good boy, and I've never sat on anyone's lap in my life. Give me a little more play, McSpelunk--I think I might have something here."
"What kind of something?" was Gibbs's only response, to everyone's unspoken surprise. Abby was still muttering about the travesty of Tony's lack of Clausation.
"Dunno. Can't really see it from here--flashlight's not strong enough. Can't believe the navy didn't spring for MagLites. I'm gonna need, uh, at least six more feet here before I can reach it. Kinda looks like it might be a corner, though."
"A corner of what, Tony?" They could all hear Ziva's aggravation at not being allowed, as the smallest and most nimble member of the field team, to do what DiNozzo insisted on calling a 'Spiderman' down into the industrial chimney stack in search of the missing case of diamonds and the remains of the midshipman who'd been murdered trying to turn them in after discovering the heist, but she was still an officer and still had her head in the job, even if her leg was in a cast. The irony of searching for diamondized coal at the bottom of a chimney a week before Christmas was lost on her; she was still trying to suss out who'd left her eight wrapped copies of a slang dictionary on the first day of Hanukkah.
"Not sure yet. Just a corner." Tony stopped to try to suppress another coughing fit, this time not successful as his hacking resounded in the small space.
"That's it--up you come, DiNozzo." Gibbs ignored Tony's protests as he nodded to McGee to start reeling in their spider. He hadn't liked this idea, had actually had an argument with his senior agent about going himself, and had had to give in and let Tony go after the younger man had called Ducky down on his oft-injured head, but Gibbs wasn't about to risk another famous DiNozzo Chest Infection from all of the hanging upside down surrounded by crud; they had a good lead now, and that was going to have to be enough for his team. They'd get some probies up here to retrieve the evidence. For right now, he was going to get his senior agent cleaned and cleared... and then he was going hunting for a MagLite. And then maybe he'd see what else he could do to fix this little problem....

Date: 2009-09-25 09:13 pm (UTC)The glazed look of almost dying.
And it happened because he was here helping Don. Instead of being safe on campus, like anyone like Charlie should be.
But of course as soon as Charlie came back to awareness, he shrugged off Don's arms.
Don tried not to be hurt by it. He figured that Charlie was just acting on instinct, on 30 years of trying to convince Don that he didn't need protecting or kid gloves or anything else.
And Charlie knew that's what Don was thinking, as Don let his hurt expression turn into a smile of understanding. Charlie knew that Don assumed that pushing Don off was just about trying to look strong.
It was actually because Charlie wasn't strong enough.
If the love Don had for him was even slightly of the same nature as the love he had for Don, the closeness wouldn't hurt quite so much.
But as it was, Charlie almost thought it could kill him.
