be_themoon , guest-hosting this week. Firstly, thanks to monica_catch22 for stepping in for me yesterday. Secondly! Today's theme is On The Road - road trips, commuting to work, driving home for the holidays, going across country for a job - any way you want to spin it!
You guys know the rules: No more than 5 prompts, and only 3 prompts per fandom unless someone answers one of your prompts.
No spoilers in your prompt until a week after air-date - if there are spoilers in your story, you need to warn and leave three spaces.
And of course, remember the format! Fandom, Character/Character, prompt.

Date: 2009-12-15 05:48 pm (UTC)Vaako is his soulmate. He uderstands him like nobody else had or could. When Riddick ordered a stop at Crematoria to collect the Hell-hounds Vaako arranged it and reveled in their prescence as much as Riddick himself does. That's just the first of many orders Vaako follows without question. Riddick loves him as much as he can for that unquestioning loyalty but there are still things that Vaako doesn't understand despite his loyalty. First among those things is Riddick's obsession with the black.
How can Riddick explain what the black means to him? How can he explain it to a man that is happily locked in servitude to the Necros? How can he explain that when the flagship is out in the black he feels more free than at any other time?
