4bdnsn0wflake. I hope everyone has a fun and inspired time over the next five days.
It would not be me hosting if I didn’t include a word-limit challenge, so today’s theme is 30 Words.
Prompts can be anything, but fills should be 30 words in length. (Multiples of 30 are okay, too.)
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!

He calms underneath Agnes’ gentle hand as she strokes his neck. “It’s okay,” she tells him. “They’re good people. They’re my family!” As she’s saying the words, she looks back at the two best parents she could have ever had: a father who took herself and her sisters underneath his roof and into his heart when he didn’t have to and who had practically turned his whole world around because of them and a mother who had pretty much done the same thing. Now that she’s got a unicorn, Agnes’ world is complete at last.
“We’re proud of you, honey,” her mother says.
Agnes smiles at her, but then her eyes turn to her father. He was the one who had led the life of crime before giving it all up to be a good father for herself and her sisters. Now she’s committed a crime. She knows she’s bumbled along the way, and she had good reasons for stealing the unicorn -- she couldn’t let that scientist experiment on him! --, but she wonders what her father thinks of her first heist.
Gru nods. “We’re very proud of you, sweetheart. You did great for your first heist.”
She squeals, runs to him, throws her arms around his neck, and hugs him tight. Looking back at the unicorn as he whickers softly, she exclaims, “Maybe there’s more like him! Maybe there’s more animals in danger needing rescuing!”
She can hear her father’s smile in his voice. “I have a feeling,” Gru says, beaming, “this is just the beginning.”
