A heartfelt thank you to everyone who left prompts and those who filled them!
Today’s theme is Outside Point of View. Let’s step outside the minds and perceptions of our main characters and explore what an outsider would see, think, do or say if s/he came upon your usual characters doing their thing.
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!
Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]

Date: 2018-08-03 06:55 pm (UTC)After all, she didn't want to knock on the door, or join. She just wanted to see why the girls flocked to this room. What was so special about it and the boys that ran the club? They could have their pick of any of the ladies in the school and she...could not.
She wasn't greedy. She didn't demand or even want to be fawned over and worship. She just wanted one girl. A girl with the most beautiful eyes and a shy smile to notice her instead of spending all her time quietly gushing about the damn Host Club.

Date: 2018-08-03 07:35 pm (UTC)Really, he couldn't and shouldn't complain, after all it meant that paying rent was less of a struggle and these past few months he'd even been able to put a few bucks away here and there. The only problem was they were down a bartender again. It was almost as if the boss delighted in hiring guys he knew were skeezy, catching them in the act, firing them and then running them out of town.
While Max enjoyed the show and the humiliation of predators occasionally he longed for a solid, dependable, rotation of staff.

Date: 2018-08-04 02:11 am (UTC)Seeing the Evan's boy confident as he strode onto stage, wearing his role like a comfortable lounging suit - Gucci of course, was amazing. Mr. Winters would never forget the shy little boy hanging onto his mother's hand who let his sister do all the talking for him for the first six months of his first grade year.

For years she's watched them, insinuating herself into their relationship when she could, hitting back at Lance when she couldn't. Using their father as a weapon, their friends, using Arthur, really.
That stops her thought-tirade, and she blinks, sitting up straighter in the uncomfortable, dirty hospital chair she occupies. The waiting room is full, some people crying, others sitting stock still as she is, blank looks on their faces, blanched skin with high spots of color.
"Miss?"
Leave us alone, Guin. He's mine. He's all I have, now.
You know what the family will think, Lancey. I can't. I need your help. Please. I need you.
"Yes?"
I need him, too, Lance.
And I'm all he has, now.
"Your friend is awake. It's safe to speak to him for a few minutes. He does need rest, though, so try not to be too excitable, alright?"
She stands, slipping her purse over her shoulder, her hair neat and tucked into a bun, topping her perfect makeup and clothing. She only stumbles once following the nurse to Arthur's room.
He looks up and blearily meets her eyes as she enters, the smile on her face stretched and tight and as painful as anything she's ever felt in her entire life.
