reeby10 and today's theme is How Poetic, ie poetry. Prompts can be anything about poetry, like lines of poetry, characters reading poetry, etc.
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!
Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]

Date: 2018-12-15 05:57 pm (UTC)He knew his own face was showing a mix of doubt and elation, but no one was around to see him. To scoff at a dream, he prayed would come true. His wish did not happen overnight. It takes years, a lot of days that slip by without a show of love and with each passing night, his heart closed off to the possibility of love and happily ever after. But one night, suddenly out of the blue, his wish was gifted.
In the heart of battle, they fought side by side to bansih evil, not even knowing each other’s names, not until the man with the beautiful smile captured his heart with one look, a stranger, true, but gazing at him as if they had known one another a lifetime.
Love came to him over time, step by step, Magnus claimed a spot on his heart. Now, thinking back on that wish, he thanks his lucky stars that he was blessed with true love.
On this snowy day, they laugh warmly at little jokes and share sweet, soft kisses. They spend hours together, and only minutes apart, and yet when they return after a brief pause, Alec still comes running towards his soul mate, arms outstretched, launching himself into those loving arms and holding on tight, burying his face in the crook of Magnus neck and breathing in the sweet scent.
Something pleasant curls inside Alec as tender arms wrapped around him to pull him in for a fond hug. He smiles brightly, leans into the embrace, soft lips meet his, the chaste touch of Magnus’ lips making his heart skip a beat, and when gentle hands cradle his face, Alec can’t breathe for a moment, his entire chest swollen with love and fondness as they kiss sweetly.

Date: 2018-09-11 02:11 pm (UTC)I haven't found much of anything with Letterkenny on LJ or DW, though there's a following on Tumblr, and a smaller group on Pillowfort. I'm trying to start a little something-something here on LJ! :)
As for recs, I have to say that the two that I've loved the most are The Boys from Letterkenny series and A Pretty Good Indication. They're both awesome, though right now in my mind, the latter is my favorite because I adore the "friends to lovers" trope, but also the "pretend to be dating that leads to actual dating" trope, and that's pretty much the whole story for A Pretty Good Indication. I wrote a little piece for that fic, so after you read it, read mine. :)
