ami_ven and today's theme is air/wind. Prompts can be anything to do with air or wind – weather patterns or air conditioning, wind turbines or hot air balloons…
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!
Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]

Some examples to get the ball rolling...
+ Marvel/X-Men, Ororo Munroe, riding the winds
+ Any, any, stormchaser AU
+ Harry Potter, Ginny Weasley, she loves feeling the wind in her hair as she races down the Quidditch pitch
We use AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2018 collection. See further notes on this new option here.

They were winds after all, sometimes they resisted, never much, but there was the occasional upstart of an updraft. It made her heart pump, blood rushing in her ears indistinguishable from the roar of the wind. She often let it go for miles rocketing her forward, cold wind icy on her face, before gently persuading it to do as she wished.
Flying could be both comforting and exhilarating, and she wouldn't change it for anything.

Sighing blissfully, he opens his eyes to the most beautiful sight in the world. His lover Jared sits beside him, holding out the pretty flowers, and his hazel eyes sparkle as he smiles softly.
“Are those flowers for me?” Jensen asks, smiling fondly.
Jared nods, inquiring, “Is this...alright? Is it not enough? Or too much?”
If Jensen thought he loved his boyfriend before, his heart has grown two sizes with dearly love and affection. He was never a fan of lavish gifts. A kiss and hug for Jared was more than enough to warm his heart with joy. He sits up and leans over to lightly kiss Jared's cheek, pink lips soft on warm skin; he hugs Jared, nuzzling into his soft hair. “It's perfect, baby. I love you.”
Jared smiles brightly and kisses Jensen as he hugs the man who holds his heart for ransom.
