Hello, everyone. I’m [livejournal.com profile] squidgiepdx and today's my last time for this round for hosting. Boo! But it's okay - we'll all sing kumbaya as we head into the weekend. And speaking of kumbaya and singing, the theme for today is song titles and lyrics. Prompts are really anything having to do with song titles or lyrics, so as the Prince song goes, Let's Go Crazy!

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above mentioned spoiler cut.

Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]
Fandom, Character +/ Character, Prompt

Some examples to get the ball rolling...
+ Stargate Atlantis, Any/Any, "Let's Go Crazy" (Prince)
+ Any, Any/Any, "I Wanna Be Sedated" (The Ramones, 1978)
+ Check, Please!, Any/Any, "White Wedding" (Billy Idol, 1982)

We are now using AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2020 collection. See further notes on this new option here.

Not feeling any of today’s prompts? Check out the just created Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet. For more recent prompts to write, you can also use LJ’s advanced search options to limit keyword results to only comments in this community.

While the Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet and LJ's advanced search options are available, bookmarking the links of prompts you like might work better for searching for in the future.

BBC Robin Hood, Much, "Beautiful" (Monsta X or Crush, depending on who you ask)

Much lay in the long grass, enjoying the sunshine and ignoring the jeers from some of the gang, as he made a daisy chain. When it was finished, he beckoned a little girl towards him and put the chain around her neck.

“There, my lady, you are beautiful,” Much said, giving her a bow.

The little girl giggled and ran off to show her friends.

Marion sat down beside Much. “That was a lovely thing to do,” she said.

“She was being left out because she was small and of no importance,” he replied. “I knew exactly how she felt.”

That was so sweet and then it was so sad. Ow, but also thank you. Ah, Much. Such a great character who was underappreciated.

Thank you - I'm glad it worked that way.

She's very proud of her daisy necklace.
