Tuesday: Generations

Parents. Grandparents. Children. Or maybe a less literal legacy, and a more literal "next generation"?

That's right, today's theme is generations! Tell us something about the ones who came before, or the ones yet to come.

Just keep the rules in mind:

• No more than three prompts for the same fandom.
  
• No more than five prompts in a row.
  
• If one of your prompts is filled, you can prompt again.
  
• No spoilers in your prompts for at least a week after the airdate/release.
  
• Warn for any spoilers for your fic in bold and leave at least three spaces before the text.

He knows it’s only meant as friendly teasing that appears as soon as Ororo announces her pregnancy but he does worry. He knows there’s nothing wrong with him, technically, but is it really too much to ask that their child should have it easier in life than he ever did? Looking like a demon has never done him any favours, the opposite of it in fact. He’s not even asking for her or him not to be an mutant which is unlikely but could happen, he only wants their child to look like Ororo with her flawless skin, her sunny smile and her kind brown eyes.
Kurt doesn’t know how to tell this the others or even Ororo because it could too easily be misconstructed as being ashamed of himself which he isn’t. At least not for how he looks because the scars on skin show how many things he has good reason to be ashamed of.
He simply worries like every father does. He only wants what’s best for their child and the best would be if it didn’t look like him but like Ororo.
