Wednesday: Discoveries

Today's theme is Discoveries
It can be one character discovering something about another character, multiple characters discovering something together, be creative. Bonus points for Real Family style discoveries.
 
The Rules:

• Don’t prompt more than 5 prompts in a row or 3 prompts per fandom. When someone has answered your prompt, you can prompt again.

• No spoilers in your prompt until at least 1 week after the original airing
  or publication date. If there are spoilers in your fic, you must warn

“Bolt! Are you drooling on me?” Aaron jerked back peering at Jason’s face. He gave him a rough shake. “Come on, wake up. You’re too big for me to carry your heavy ass the rest of the way.”

Jason blinked at him, trying to focus, but the world had started to spin. “Sorry,” he mumbled. He tried to take a step, but tripped over his own feet, and would have fallen, if not for the pair of hands that grabbed him from behind.

“He’s not too big for me. Don’t worry, Mr. Stempel, I’ll make sure he gets home.” Aaron looked behind Jason to see Big Swede and his wife standing there. Swede smiled and picked Jason up as though he were a child. Essie smiled too. “I guess even Jason Bolt needs a little help once in a while.” The pair walked on as Aaron watched, Jason’s head lolling over Swede’s arm as though he was trying to keep Aaron in sight. Aaron smiled, shook his head, and headed back to the party.


The next morning Jason woke to find himself on his bed, fully dressed, and with a killer hangover. He also was hard from the remnants of a very erotic dream. He really couldn’t remember the dream, just that there had been hot kisses and miles of warm skin that he had enjoyed tasting every inch of. Thankful that he was alone, he took himself in hand, quickly coming to climax. He then went to the kitchen to make coffee.

After he drank the first cup he returned to his room to clean up and change clothes. He pulled his shirt over his head and as the shoulder passed over his face, he caught a strange smell. He sniffed cautiously. Bay Rum cologne and sweat.

Flashes of memories from the evening before flooded his mind. Aaron Stempel in the moonlight. The gleam of his smile, the warmth of his arm around Jason’s waist. The smell and taste of his skin. Jason felt dizzy and sat down on the end of his bed. The dream; that had been the smell and taste from his dream.

He had often wondered why he couldn’t seem to feel a lasting attachment to any woman that he had been involved with. Now he knew. It had taken him getting blind drunk to admit it to himself, but he couldn’t ignore it any longer. He was attracted to Aaron Stempel.

Jason lay back, covering his eyes with a groan. He was so screwed.

Oh, THANK YOU, this is more than I could have hoped for! You managed to wrap up so many little details: Jeremy & Candy, Josh & Molly, and I think I squeed when Big Swede showed up. That almost-but-not-quite kiss was the best, though. I wish you could see the grin on my face, right now. :D

Oh, it was, and they did!
It just wasn't talked about as much, the times being what they were. :-/
