Date: 2012-07-19 03:52 pm (UTC)With his powers of observation, it didn’t take him long to notice the disparity between reports on crimes committed and crimes solved. He double-checked to see if it’s merely papers not seeing fit to publish everything but no, the ratio of unsolved crime far outstripped the solved. Even with the solved ones, he thought,how can we be sure they are solved right? And wrong wrong wrong kept pounding in his head.
He saw no alternative but to try to make it right himself.
