Thursday: Dark Fic

likewinning and today's theme is Dark fic. Prompts should all be on the darker side of the spectrum - murder, mayhem, etc.
Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
If your prompt or fill contains anything that can be a trigger for the reader, please add a warning for that to give the reader the chance to decide if they want to read or not.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing. Use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the above mentioned spoiler cut.
Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]

Some examples to get the ball rolling...
+ Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Buffy Summers/Faith Lehane, Buffy's the one who killed the Mayor's assistant, but she never turned herself go in.
+ Batman comics, Jason Todd/Dick Grayson + any other Batfam, AU where they're bored rich kids who kill people for fun.
+ Batman comics, Tim Drake/Roy Harper, Tim moved to Star City and took a very different path.
We are now using AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2015 collection. See further notes on this new option here.

Two days later Roy hears about it on the police scanner, exact description of the guy he saw trying to throw Tim around a few nights before.
Dead. Every finger on each hand broken.
"So what happened to that guy?" Roy asks the next time he sees him and Tim just shakes his head, puts his fingers to Roy's lip.
"Shh," he smiles, settling down between Roy's thighs. "Don't worry about it."

Date: 2015-09-11 02:08 am (UTC)He's there when Dick takes the gun Spyral requires him to carry out of it's holster, aims it at the sick fuck trying to get away from them and squeezes the trigger.
On the first shot, Grayson wings him. Midnighter can see his hands shaking, his whole body shaking. The next shot, the back of the leg. The guy goes down and Midnighter sees what's going to happen next, steps in front of Grayson and covers his hand around the gun, lowers it to his side.
"You know you don't want to do that," he says.
"You don't know what I want," Dick growls out, shoves him out of the way and does something Midnighter never saw coming.

"They took him from us," she says as Nate follows Sophie. She doesn't look over, doesn't reach for his hand. His scent is still on the air, orange soda and cheetohs and sweat, and she doesn't move toward the bed or the shirt discarded on the floor.
"We can't get him back," Eliot says softly. He doesn't move, either.
"We can make them feel like we do," she whispers.
He wouldn't want that, wouldn't like that. But it's all she can think to do.
"Yeah," Eliot says. He sounds tired. "That we can."
