Happy Thor's Day, my doves! It is I, [livejournal.com profile] classics_lover, continuing hosting duties this week. Since yesterday was Fluff, today we go in for the kill with Hurt/Comfort. Prompts must involve our favourite characters getting hurt and comforted after. Enjoy!

Just a few rules:
No more than five prompts in a row.
No more than three prompts in the same fandom.
Use the character's full names and fandom's full name for ease adding to the Lonely Prompts spreadsheet.
No spoilers in prompts for a month after airing, or use the spoiler cut option found here.
If your fill contains spoilers, warn and leave plenty of space, or use the spoiler cut.
If there are possible triggers in your story, please warn for them in the subject line!

Prompts should be formatted as follows: [Use the character's full names and fandom's full name]
Fandom, Character +/ Character, Prompt

Some examples to get the ball rolling...

+ Dragon Age, author's choice, aches and pains that healing magic doesn't work on

+ Star Trek TNG/DS9/VOY, anypair, taking it easy together after getting out of sickbay

+ Mass Effect, Shepard/Kaidan Alenko, biotic migraines

We use AO3 to bookmark filled prompts. If you fill a prompt and post it to AO3 please add it to the Bite Sized Bits of Fic from 2017 collection. See further notes on this new option here.

Not feeling any of today’s prompts? Check out Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet 1 (not very current), Lonely Prompts Spreadsheet 2, or the Calendar Archives, or for more recent prompts, you can use LJ's advanced search options to find prompts to request and/or fill.

While the Lonely Prompts Spreadsheets and LJ's advanced search options are available, bookmarking the links of prompts you like might work better for searching for in the future.

Thanks! I guess a lot of teenager having a car wreck stuff is universal, though I did try to make it specific to these characters. (And yikes about the deer. I've never hit one, but I know that they can really mess up your car.)

Deer seem so graceful and fragile...until you hit one. Although honestly, this one hit me. I was on my way to work and the first thing I did when I got there was call my mom and cry.

Love that Danny and Steve started bickering as soon as they knew Grace was okay. LOL! Yeah, that's them for sure.

Yeah, I've heard that you have to be pretty careful about deer if you're driving out further in the country, especially at night. Deer will just get right in front of a car and let themselves get hit. I've had some wrecks in the suburbs before, but only with other cars.

In my head, Steve and Danny were both acting pretty cuckoo when they got the news, but they just had to argue about which one was being more cuckoo. I'm glad that part rang true.

There's never a situation that will prohibit these boys from bickering with each other. LOL! That's all part of their charm. "I was clearly more worried than you."

Deer out here in the country can be such a hazard. I've had them just appear in front of my car like aliens beamed them there. It's a big part of the reason I try to avoid night driving as much as possible.

Steve and Danny had the bickering old married couple routine perfected on the first day. :-D

The closest I've ever had to deal with an animal while I was driving was this dog running around in my neighborhood. The dog was wearing a collar, so I got out to check to see if it lived on that block or something. It didn't have any ID, but it was clearly used to people because it was very friendly and decided it liked me. It started circling my car, and I had to get my mom to get it on a leash and call animal control so I could actually leave, lol.

I've had far too many animal encounters. One time had a grouse take out my windshield. My car has been chased by geese. There have been three deer. Lots of near-misses.

Wow, now I'm really glad I live in the suburbs. It's difficult enough to deal with the behavior of people, but all those animals sound really unpredictable.

Country living: not for the faint of heart. Then again, city driving (and city is a loose term when you live in a town as small as mine) fills me with utter panic.
